ATOM361 is an Automated Tracking and Operations Management platform for Address and Document Verification process. The entire workflow of these processes has been automated using a Web and Mobile solution. The platform can be configured for financial institutions and role based access can be granted to employees of the organization. The entire verification process is configurable including definition of Products, Verification type, Activities, Questionnaires etc. The platform also tracks the cases real time and is available in offline mode as well.
