Barbell Math

The app combine more than one function in an easy and user friendly app.

The app contains the following functions:

1) Plate Calculator: Calculates the plates and weights on each side for the desired barbell weight.

You can enter and change the number of available plates and the app will calculate based on that.

2) 1RM Calculator: Calculates your 1RM based on the weight and reps you preform.

3) Percentage Calculator: Calculates the percentage of a given weight.

4) Wendler (5/3/1) Percentages: Calculates the weights you'll lift during the Wendler 5/3/1 workout program.
