This App includes the complete ebook of the Basic English Bible translated by S.H. Hooke in English Language.

This is a translation of the Bible into Basic English, a version of English with 850 standard words. 150 words were added to the vocabulary for this work. The translation was done by S.H. Hooke. The New Testament was released in 1941 and the Old Testament in 1949.

The text version e-book are available as a HTML files (no ebook reader needed) and is optimized for use on any mobile device.
