So not only does Ralph’s bid get him leads from people who are looking to sell immediately, but Ralph can also pick up buyers from the same transaction. Realtors are able to get HOT seller leads something the industry has not provided for from a mobile device in the past.

As a Realtor Ralph not only bids his on the job of selling the home, but he also lists what services he is willing to offer.
