Enhanced Ease of Use:
1) In a single click navigate from the Portfolio screen to Meeting Records or Voting Records as desired.
2) In the Records screen, only one document -Board docket for agenda for each meeting is displayed. This includes the agenda with all attachments on which the user can annotate. For accessing only the attachments, the user can go to the meeting using the Calendar screen where they will find the Board docket and attachments in distinct files.
