Block Spinner

Block Spinner is a board game that appears easy but actually very difficult to play.

Initially, the numbers was arranged in order 1, 2, ... 9. Then system shuffles them randomly. Your task is to bring them back to original order.

The only way to rearrange the numbers is by spinning: use the 4 arrows to move the group of 4 numbers, the the 4 numbers could rotate in clock or anti-clock direction.

The average people can remember only 2~3 steps.
