CareConnect Patient

CareConnect Patient is an extension to the CareConnect EMR that enables patients to register forms in the waiting room or during a consult at a doctors office. Currently the registration of the GMR+ form is supported. When submitted, the answers of a patient are automatically available in the CareConnect EMR for the CareConnect user to be integrated in the medical record of the patient.
