CbD - On The Bench

On the Bench offers help to both project managers looking to fill seats and candidates who are on the bench looking for roles. The app has two routes depending on the user.

The manager route allows search by skills, prior experience and base location. This will filter all of the employees using the app with the specific requirements met. Once selecting a candidate that the manager is interested in the candidates contact details will be given.

As a role searcher you will filter the app by location, band and project period. This will pull all the roles meeting the criteria inputted and then allow the user to put themselves into play for the role.
