An Android and Web-Based Dental Services Management System with Rating Feature using Kano Model in Davao City to help the user of the app find the nearest dental clinics from his or her current location and with dental patient management.

Provide the nearest dental clinic in Davao City using Google Map API, Geolocation API and its driving direction using Google Driving API for the user to know the dental clinic location and its driving instruction from his/her current location to its destination.

Create a mobile application that allows registered users to search for services using Android Studio and Mysql Database to store their corresponding data.

Provide a real-time messaging chat between the dental clinic and the patient using Chat21 SDK to increase customer support delivery.

Provide a dental clinic rating and review module using the Kano Model. This is to help the user find a best dental clinic that suited their needs based on other users' ratings.

Notify the patient if he or she has an appointment to reduce missed appointment or no-shows.
