Digital Member Card

In the first museum app of its kind, the Art Institute of Chicago Digital Member Card makes it possible for members to carry their member cards on their Android device rather than in their wallets or purses. Members need only to enter their member number once to download the card to the device and then enjoy all the benefits the museum has to offer — from special exhibition viewing hours and discounts in the shops and restaurants to exclusive programs and entry into the Member Lounge. The member card features a selection of images from the permanent collection and a bar code that can be scanned at entrances to the museum and special exhibitions.
