How many of us stand guilty to doodling during meetings or lectures? Doodling has become synonymous with day-dreaming as portrayed by the media in movies, TV shows and even cartoons. At first glance, it seems doodling that has a negative connotation equates the uninterrupted from the main activity at hand. You do not pay attention to what you should be focused on, because it bores you. As a result, you lose the details of a meeting or lecture and finally regret not paying attention to it. But there is a positive side to doodling: when we doodle, we do it semi-consciously. This unconscious is how we really access ourselves most creatively and come up with brilliant ideas for even the most disturbing problems we have.
