Enable Tethering (No Provisioning) [root]

This app modifies your build.prop so that you can use WiFi hotspot and USB tethering as much as you'd like. It works by enabling an option in the build.prop, namely "net.tethering.noprovisioning". Once that is enabled, all you have to do is reboot.
