ExperienceFellow is an app that enables invited users to give detailed feedback regarding their experiences with any product, service, brand, or event. To get started you need to have an invitation from a company or organization that would like to get feedback on your experience with them or their products or services. How does this work?

ExperienceFellow is like a digital diary on your mobile phone. The app allows you to document your personal experiences with text, photos, or videos. You can name different experiences you have and quickly evaluate in the moment when you experience them. Furthermore, date and time as well as location are collected and allow a detailed understanding of your experience.

Why should I do this?

Researchers can use the data you collected with the app to visualize your experiences as a customer journey map (like a kind of storyboard for customer experience). They can then aggregate data from different customers to understand positive and negative moments of your customer experiences across all on- and offline channels and along the entire customer journey. Your detailed feedback allows service providers to improve their services and manufacturer to improve their products.
