several pizzerias in Italy, I decided to add my own unique, personal flair to an already well-loved dish - without straying too far from the authenticity of the dish itself.

Our mission is simple - to craft authentic Italian-style wood-fired pizza with fresh, locally sourced ingredients right here in New Zealand for you, our beloved customers!

Our pizzas are baked in a traditional wood-fired oven using only the best

wood that is safe and burns at an extremely high temperature which allows us to follow the proper Italian method and standard of wood-fired baking - 90 seconds at a temperature of 400°C, crafting delicious, wood-fired pizza for you, every time.
