Enhancements:
* Added ability to get pop-ups with upcoming events.
* Changed flow: now the user has acces to care needs directly from the home page. It will simplify the care planning.
* Improved UX changing titles for tabs on the home screen for New Chats instead of Messages and Inbox for all possible messages and notifications in the botton of the screen.
* Added one more set-up question with the post code and suburb for the person in need.
* Optimized code for better app productivity.
