Generations: Idle Merchant Tow

A bunch of fixes and improvements:
- Fixed storage items not being set correctly on opening items.
- Players stuck in tutorials can now access a skip button (top left) to avoid getting stuck...or just skip the tutorial if that's your fancy. (also fixed some bugs causing players to get stuck).
- All the visitors were having a bad hair day. Hair should now be in front of their bald heads!
- Adjusted prices of some wood items
- Other super minor updates and fixes included
