GIA ActPlease

ActPlease.com is a dynamic system for customers to engage with organizations to submit requests, grievances, and suggestions. Organizations can win the confidence of customers by working in a closed-loop manner, acknowledging and acting upon their inputs within a pre-specified time frame.

ActPlease ensures that all stakeholders - organization management, employees, and customers - stand to win. Customers get quicker and better service. Employees get a clear picture of work requests. The organization wins greater credibility.

"GIA ActPlease" is an app set up for members of GIA to submit service requests, suggestions and grievances. GIA ActPlease will also keep GIA members updated with latest announcements and member information.
