Download the app for free and choose a route game in Go Veluwe. Then get on your bike and experience an exciting story in the Veluwe together with the main character. With the help of the app you will search for a number of objects from the old days that are located at 10 secret gaming locations. Those objects are not really there, but appear in Augmented Reality. So you can only see them via the Go Veluwe app. Afterwards you will hear a short audio tour with exciting secrets about the history of that place. If you have paid attention, you can answer a question with which you can earn a voucher. Then you step on the bike to continue to the next location for even more exciting stories.

Why Go Veluwe?

Go Veluwe was conceived and developed by Mathanje Huisman. This outdoor adventure game is one of the prize-winning plans of the Veluwe Competition, awarded by the province of Gelderland in December 2017. Mathanje was inspired while cycling with her family in the Veluwe. She realized that a wealth of historical stories is waiting to be told and experienced again. By using a game with Augmented Reality and audio tours as an addition to the environment, exciting and educational stories are told. This keeps history alive and becomes fun and educational.
