HR Genie

The HR Genie app is exclusively for Capgemini FSSBU employees, it enables our employees to be able to interact with a number of our HR offerings in real time, at any time. It also allows for you to chat with an HR professional to answer any urgent questions that you might have.

We will continue to add functions and service offers to the application throughout the year, this version is only for FSSBU India employees (we will add all regions this year) and contains support for

1. Employee Chat- chat with an HR professional (normal working hours 9:30amIST-6:30pm IST)

2. Learning Management- register, track, assign team members, provide feedback for programs

3. FAQs- browse commonly asked questions, if you cannot find an answer simply engage in a chat

4. Employment documents- receive digitally stamped documents directly to your mailbox for a plethora of items including, loans, visas, medical

5. Associate information- understand who your support team, appraisers and supervisors are
