IABSE Spring 2018

This is the official guide for IABSE's Spring Conference 2018 in Kuala Lumpur. The Conference is being hosted by the Malaysian Group of IABSE.

This Conference aims to bring together professional engineers, researchers and public agencies locally from Southeast Asia as well as from around the world to exchange ideas on engineering issues inherent in developing nations achieving developed status.
