Q. Emojis do not appear in the list.

A. If you have changed the default font, emoticons may be not displayed correctly. Please use the default font.

Setting-> display-> font-> font style

Q. A pictograph isn't indicated in other people’s smartphone.

A. These emoji are unicode6,they depend on font setting of the smart phone other people’re using. And some apps are using original font that can't indicate unicode6 emoji.

Q. Emoji isn't automatically inserted in a chosen application.

A. Some apps deny automatic insert. When you choose the app to paste, texts is already copied in clipboard. So tap and hold where you want to paste it.

I strongly recommend that you check if the Unicode 6.0 Emojis are available in your smartphone or the service you want to paste.

For example, if you send an e-mail with some emojis and he/she who received it cannot read them successfully, it may cause trouble.
