The app is designed to be used by people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) under the supervision of a healthcare professional

Life Coach is designed to help with ADHD symptoms and make life less frustrating. It works by selecting goals to aim for. A user will then be able to achieve these everyday goals by following simple steps.

• Complete a diary to help the user and and the doctor or nurse see what a normal week looks like

• With the help of a doctor or nurse, select the topics and goals to focus on

• View current or past progress

• Share progress with a doctor or nurse
