Medicine time!

- New wizard to create new reminders
- Option to take medicines on selected week days
- Now it's possible to choose a picture for the reminder
- When a picture is set for the reminder and another one for the patient, both pictures will be displayed at alarm/notification screen
- Now when multiple alarms are set for the same time, after the first one, each other will be automatically postponed 1 min
- Passed reminders are now displayed on the calendar
- Several bug fixes
