  - AUTO: counts steps while phone is unplugged. Automatically pauses if phone detects power - useful when putting your phone in the cradle in the car, so you don't add unnecessary steps while driving
  - COUNTING - always count regardless whether the phone is plugged or not (gym mode)
  - PAUSED - always paused.
  • hourly progress is preserved for 24 hours
  • navigate between the adjacent dates in detailed view on the Chart
