Nidaan App has an enhanced clinic management component that allows doctors to track every call from a patient so that the patients can be looked after well. Now calls can be uploaded from clinic cell phones with doctor’s permission, and the doctor's administrative staff can view these calls on a dashboard and manage them appropriately.

The system now becomes a customer relationship management (CRM) system for Doctors.
