This app is designed to help you record interruptions to your sleep.

To use, open application, tap the appropriate button, application will auto-close. You can then go back to sleep (you can also add a comment later).

You can also export the data to a .csv file that can be opened in your computer's spreadsheet application and saved - for use as supporting evidence when making noise complaints.
