Pain score

The app designed for the patients of healing hands clinic, is basically about getting the patient's pain related data. It uses pain scale from 0 to 10 where the patient can select a value as per the pain he/she is having. The patient will get a callback from the respective doctors so that he/she can discuss their concerns.
