Fixed issues:
- You are able to see all jammers on mini map. When you come close to them with your ship you are not able to see them.
- Healthbar of the own outpost in a pirate sector is not shown in the right scale.
- Inappropriate view of the stealth booster's amount is shown in the Game's HUD when player tries to activate it twice.
- Healing double the amount with heal kits.
- Placeholder text in "Speed-Up" pop-up when player upgrades Outpost.
