POSHAN Tracker is a comprehensive monitoring system that provides a complete 360-degree view of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) and their activities. The app enables real-time tracking and monitoring of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) and manages beneficiary data for multiple groups including pregnant women, lactating mothers, children aged 0-6 years, and adolescent girls.
