The app is provided by Nexsysone, was established by the network service division of Lemcon networks. Until the surge in UMTS/3G deployments, mobile telecommunication rollout projects had been reasonably modest due to the preceding years of incremental network construction. However, 2002 represented a paradigm shift in the volume, and thus the implementation methodology, of network rollouts, with high volume "overlay + infill" deployments becoming the norm.
