Brand new update for QPython3 2.1.0

- Default Python is 3.6.6, If you want to install the old one

- Fix QR Reader, now it works again.

- Improve QPYPI, now it supports numpy, scipy, pandas, scikit-learn, theano, keras ...
It also support pubnub, pyzmq...
