-fixed a few string errors.
-very incomplete Icelandic translation, will finish shortly.

-One can now hide the timer. If fence sabre and are into that sort of thing.
-Penalty chart updated to 1 April 2014.
-Timer now vibrates every 5 seconds to be sure the timer has started (can be turned off).

I had to work around what seems to be a bug in Android 5.0 where buttons expand far to much the left and right. Or it's my mistake, either way, if you see this, please let me know.
