Sendbox Go - Agent App for Pic

Sendbox Go enables a courier receive pickup and delivery requests from the Sendbox platform. When a request is sent to a dispatch courier, the courier has the ability to execute the following:

- Accept or reject the shipment request

- The courier can accept or reject the request within a reasonable time frame

- The request will show (if possible) the expected amount to be earned in this transaction

- Upon accepting the request:

- Communicate with the customer using the tools provided on the app

- Identify the location for pickup - using google maps

- Upon picking up - log the activity and capture necessary evidence of the activity (Capture pictures, location info, expand details)

- Update status of the request as picked up at the location

- Update relevant details of the shipment - weight, description etc.

- When a pick up is successful:

- The courier should be then have access to destination information - (either a hub, or recipient; determined by the sendbox application.

- If the destination is a hub, the address of the hub will be presented, along with a the map (Google maps) for this location.

- The courier can then deliver the item and update the information using the tools provided in the application.

- If there is an issue with a pickup / delivery:

- The courier can attempt to communicate with the party or parties involved (customer, merchant, Sendbox). This will be in the form of logging an issue or report against the task.

- The courier can update or re-schedule the request.

- Upon successful pickup / delivery:

- The courier can see a record of their earnings - Either as an individual courier or a managed courier

- The courier will be credited directly into the wallet

- The courier can link their payment information (Bank account) to their Sendbox wallet

- The courier should be able to withdraw the funds and see their earning history
