Filtered flight routes to a smaller set to reduce load time. Refactoring and optimisations of the whole app, now much faster refresh rates, lower memory use, changed threading and rendering to prepare for upcoming new features and layers. Also fixed countless bugs, memory issues, and generally made everything better.

Added static historical flight paths as optional overlays on both the AE and "normal" map as they are fascinating to compare. Did a huge number of other fixes, optimisations.
