The official Android client of "uncoon" (http://uncoon.com/).

uncoon is an online communication site that contains the elements bulletin board, blog, chat, and SNS.

Android 4.0 (ICS) or later.

If you are using Android 1.6 ~ 3.x, please use old version.

(It is also possible to use the old version in the ICS.)
