USAF Med Card

This USAF Med Card application will be primarily used to validate third party insurance providers and authorize prescription pick up. The user will also be able to manually input user profiles and prescription information. Additionally, there is a link to base information; as well as links to Poison Control and The FDA. No liability shall arise against Google Inc. or USAF if used by non-USAF personnel.
