Dental Assurance has been introduced first time in India, at a very reasonable rates, never before, by anyone, so that the Dental Treatment which was a high cost affair, now by the introduction of the "Assurance" has been a consumable product by every citizen of this Country.

2). REAL ESTATE : 7 days working process to say "Yes" or "No" - The USP of Vaidya Group - Real Estate Sector, complete satisfaction to the customers pre and post deals, complete digital implementation.

3). FINANCE : All types of loans are being dispersed including PL, BL, Home, School/College, Hospital, Industrial, Doctor with full satisfaction to the customers.

Following Charges will be applicable on Loan to Loan

A. Personal Loan/ Business Loan/Doctor - 1,00,000/- to 50,00,000/- Application Fees 1% to 2% of Sanction Loan Amount excluding GST - For 12 Months To 60 Months - ROI 12% to 16%.

B. Home Loan - 10,00,000/- to 5,00,00,000/- Application Fees 0.5% to 2% of Sanction Loan Amount excluding GST - for 120 Months To 240 Months - ROI 7% to 14%.

C. School/College/Hospital/ Industrial/LAP - 1,00,00,000/- to 45,00,00,000/- Application Fees 0.5% to 2% of Sanction Loan Amount excluding GST - for 120 Months To 180 Months - ROI 12% to 16%.

We didn't charge any additional fees or any charge for inquiry any service. All the charge will be deduct from Loan amount.
