Volume in Notification

v1.6: If the device is muted with the app and not used for an extended period, the previous volume level will now be remembered after unmuting.

v1.5: Added option to pin near status bar when activated. This can help to prevent the volume control from being pushed out of view by other notifications.

Note: The control uses buttons because it's not possible to put a sliding volume bar in the Notifications window.
