The app is required for the full WASHescu experience. At our laundromats, the app is needed for entry as a security feature and access management for our self-service locations. At our wet cleaning locations, the app offers information about the status of your dry cleaning order while also allowing you to share your order code if you want someone else to pick up the order for you.
