We know that we have not done a good job answering emails that you have sent to us and we want to ask for your forgiveness for that. We are so very sorry!

In order to fix this oversight, we have created email addresses specific to each language app so that your email goes to the right person who can answer your question about that specific app. These emails have been incorporated into each app!
