2nd-init recovery for PRADA3.0 (KU5400 model) and Optimus Vu

This is the 2nd-recovery based off the BionicBootstrap by koush, cvpcs.

Supported devices

* Prada3.0 (SU540, KU5400 model for Korean) both Gingerbread and ICS

* Optimus Vu (only for LG-U+ EXPERIMENTAL)
