Here are some of the tips to complete this 30 day beach body challenge. Its better to keep your body hydrated so drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 liters of water each day. Its recommended to forget processed or canned foods and always try to eat whole foods instead. Green smoothies are one of the best pre workout and post workout drinks to recover your body and finally its better to eat smaller portions of food many time in a day instead of having one big meal.
