Minor redesign of the details screen
Improved look for the attended show prompt
Fixed a bug that would prevent some shows attended data from being reported
Fixed many, many, many android version specific bugs. It can be a pain supporting Android 4.2 though 10
Fixed issues with alerts happening well outside of when they should (hopefully this issue is finally resolved)
