Allspark Opt Out Manager

Near provides the Allspark data management technology that app owners can implement in their mobile apps. Allspark helps app owners collect aggregate, anonymized mobile app usage data that they can then analyze to improve the service and personalize app experiences for their app users. This aggregate, anonymized data could also be used by 3rd parties such as Near who could use it to develop and improve audience/interest profiles and share those profiles with other 3rd parties such as Marketers, Advertisers who can deliver relevant content, ads or experiences to those app users.

At Near, we value your privacy. If you prefer, you can use this Allspark Opt Out Manager app to opt-out of any data collection and profiling done by Allspark on this device.

Important Note:

1) Allspark will never collect any personally identifiable information (PPI) data such as your Name, Email, Phone Number etc.

2) If you have multiple devices, you will need to download the Allspark Opt Out Manager app on each of those devices to opt-out of data collection and profiling by Allspark on that device.

3) This app only opts you out of data collection done by Allspark. If you use any mobile apps that integrate data collection technologies from other vendors, you will have to use any opt-out provisions provided by those vendors to opt-out of their data collection.
