Update 2.9.3 brings quality of life improvements, the new reputation system and improvements to the map

* Improved friend map responsiveness and UX (supporter only)
* Added "Looking for partner" and "Open for contacts" to the profile filters
* Added option to disable notifications for event as event organizer
* Added reputation system to the app
* Fixed setting home place not working for new users
* Fixed drag-to-refresh on home page not working when no results are shown
