Campus at Playa Vista

The Campus at Playa Vista, owned and managed by Hines, is home to several creative technology and media companies and includes 4 wedge-shaped, Class A office buildings in West Los Angeles designed by Gensler. The Campus consists of 7 acres located south of the Santa Monica Freeway, north of Loyola Marymount University and in close proximity to the beach. The 9-acre Playa Vista Central Park is adjacent to the south of the Campus and features walking paths, soccer field, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a kids’ playground and Bandshell for outdoor concerts and other events.
