-v2.1.4 - Fix crash on app startup happening on some devices

-v2.1.3 - Better filtering of bad tower locations (e.g., Verizon devices, Samsung Galaxy Nexus).

Sluggish performance? Turn off lines and squares by unchecking “Settings->Show Mobile Polygon/Line History”, or increase the distance between mobile squares via “Settings->Min. Dist. Mobile Map” (doesn't affect Google Earth output).
