Help us stop the spread of COVID-19 in the Caribbean.

Even if you show no symptoms, self-reporting provides CARPHA, the Caribbean Public Health Agency, with critical information that advances research and understanding of COVID-19.

By self-reporting every day you will directly help CARPHA to identify the number of cases across the Caribbean and in your area, high-risk areas and the rate at which it’s spreading, and who is at greatest risk by providing us with the data necessary to understand how symptoms are linked to underlying conditions.

No personally identifiable information will be collected and no information you share will be used for commercial purposes.

To get started with the app you will be asked to share some general information including your age and some health information such as whether you have any diseases.

Self-reporting and symptom tracking includes answering a few questions each day, such as if you currently feel well, what symptoms you’ve been showing and if you’ve been treated for COVID-19
