• Fix touch control bug affecting some phone

New features:
• Added logging subsystem
• Added battery level indicator (only works with Crazyradio)
• Added basic hover mode ("altitude hold")

Hover mode info:
Currently this is only supported when using a Crazyradio and a game pad!
Default button is R1. To use hover mode keep the button pressed, it's not an on/off button! While keeping the button pressed, let go of the thrust. You can adjust the altitude with the thrust axis. Please be careful!
