General enhancements:
- App login state updated to be more efficient.
- Check In/Out will include the location Id to determine from which assigned Geo-Location the employee Checks In/Out.
- Time for all attendance requests have the format "HH:mm:ss".

The new features:
- Ability to force users to only Check In/Out when online (i.e., when they can access the Dawamy Server). This can be done for all users or for specific mobile platforms (i.e., enforce online for either Android or iOS).
